JSP Capital Chase provides loan assistance, customer support, partner coordination, and related financial-service operations. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to JSP Capital Chase.

- Messages, attachments, and interaction history when you communicate with us by WhatsApp, email, telephone, forms, or support channels.
- Technical and usage information such as IP address, device or browser information, timestamps, service logs, and diagnostic events.
We may receive this information directly from you, from an authorized representative, from our banking or NBFC partners, or from service providers used to operate our services.
3. WhatsApp and Meta services
If you communicate with us through WhatsApp, we process your WhatsApp telephone number, profile information made available to the business, message content, attachments, message identifiers, and delivery or read status. We use this information to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide requested customer support.
- Send authentication codes, transactional notices, application updates, reminders, and other messages you have requested or consented to receive.
- Maintain communication records, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and meet legal or compliance requirements.
WhatsApp and Meta process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not use WhatsApp information for unrelated advertising, and we do not sell WhatsApp message data.
4. How we use information
- To provide, administer, personalize, and improve our services.
- To process enquiries and coordinate with authorized lending partners.
- To verify identity, secure accounts, detect fraud, and investigate misuse.
- To communicate about applications, transactions, support requests, and service changes.
- To maintain business records and comply with applicable legal, regulatory, tax, audit, and reporting obligations.
- To send marketing communications where permitted and where any required consent has been obtained.
5. How we disclose information
We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:
- Authorized banks, NBFCs, lending partners, and professional advisers involved in a requested service.
- Technology, hosting, communications, analytics, document-processing, security, and support providers acting for us, including Meta and WhatsApp when those services are used.
- Government, regulatory, judicial, or law-enforcement authorities when required by applicable law or valid legal process.
- A successor organization in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
6. Legal grounds and consent
We process information where it is necessary to provide a service you requested, comply with law, protect legitimate business and security interests, or based on your consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent for future processing, but this does not affect processing already completed or information we must retain by law.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy and to meet legal, regulatory, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable obligation. Information is deleted, anonymized, or securely isolated when it is no longer required.

No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. Your choices and data deletion
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update, restrict, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing.
How to request deletion
Email care@jspcapitalchase.com with the subject “Personal Data Deletion Request”. Include the telephone number or email address associated with your account and enough information for us to verify the request. Do not send passwords, OTPs, or full identity-document numbers by email.
We will verify and process valid requests within the period required by applicable law. We may retain limited records where required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
10. Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children without authorization permitted by law. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us improperly.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices, services, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version. Material changes may also be communicated through our services or other appropriate channels.
